Terms of Service

1. Overview

SetupClaw (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides professional OpenClaw deployment, configuration, and managed care services. By purchasing our services or using our website at setupclaw.au, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide one-time OpenClaw deployment services and optional ongoing managed care. Our services include:

• VPS or Mac Mini provisioning and OpenClaw installation
• Security hardening (Docker sandboxing, firewall, exec allowlists)
• Composio OAuth middleware configuration
• Integration setup (email, calendar, CRM, messaging)
• 14-day hypercare support
• Optional ongoing managed care

3. Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept payment via the methods available on our booking page.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our deployment services. If you're not satisfied with the setup, contact us within 14 days of deployment and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about your tools and integrations
• Maintaining the security of your own accounts and credentials
• The actions taken by your deployed OpenClaw agent
• Any costs associated with third-party services (VPS hosting, API usage, etc.)

6. Limitation of Liability

SetupClaw provides deployment and configuration services. We are not responsible for actions taken by your OpenClaw agent after deployment, third-party service outages, or any consequential damages arising from the use of OpenClaw or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.

7. Intellectual Property

OpenClaw is open-source software and is subject to its own license terms. Any custom configurations, workflows, or scripts we create during deployment are provided to you and become your property upon delivery.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate managed care services with 30 days written notice. One-time deployment services are non-cancellable once the setup session has begun, subject to our satisfaction guarantee.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
